Using this website
This website is provided by The Shire Co (Shropshire) Ltd, company number 07081511, registered in England and Wales. Its registered office is The Corner House, 4 Beaumont Road, Church Stretton, Shropshire, SY6 6BN. Our trading contact details are below.
You may use the website to explore our services and make genuine enquiries. Please do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful material. Our company branding and photographs are provided for browsing and enquiry purposes; please ask before reusing them elsewhere.
Product information and photography
Product descriptions help you explore options. Suitability, dimensions, finishes, specification and any applicable requirements need to be checked for your property and confirmed in your quotation. Supplier photography is design inspiration; completed installation photographs are identified separately. Photographs alone do not establish a product’s performance or suitability.
Enquiries and appointments
Submitting an enquiry is a request for contact. It does not create a contract for installation or confirm a booked survey. The team will confirm availability and discuss the next steps. Any purchase, installation, payment and cancellation terms belong in the separate agreement for your work.
Availability and external services
Pages and external services may occasionally be unavailable. If the enquiry form does not load, open the supplied form directly or telephone us. External websites and widgets have their own terms and browser technologies. Our privacy policy explains our use of enquiry information.
Your rights and contact details
These website terms do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law. Please contact us about information that appears incorrect, a website problem or a complaint.
