Information we receive
The HighLevel enquiry form asks for your first name, last name, phone number and email address. Phone and email are required in the current form; names are optional. We may ask for your postcode, property details, preferences and project requirements during our follow-up so that we can discuss suitability and a survey. Please give only information relevant to your enquiry.
When you call or email us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. Website and external-service providers also receive technical connection information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request times, needed to deliver their services. The cookie policy explains browser technologies and your choices.
Why we use it
- To respond to questions, discuss your requirements and take steps towards a quotation or survey at your request. Where you ask us to take steps towards buying our services, the relevant basis is taking steps before entering a contract.
- To handle general correspondence and complaints, and keep the website and enquiry service secure. The relevant basis is our legitimate interest in running the business, responding to customers and preventing misuse, balanced against your rights.
- To meet applicable legal obligations where a particular record is required.
- For optional browser tools and analytics, where enabled, your permission controls whether they load. You can withdraw this through the privacy preferences.
Making an enquiry does not require you to agree to unrelated marketing. Permission to load a form, reviews or analytics is separate from any marketing choice. Contact us if you want to change how we communicate with you.
Who handles website enquiries?
Our team and Keystone AI manage the HighLevel enquiry system. Enquiry details are processed through the supplied HighLevel form and CRM to help us respond. HighLevel’s service providers support its infrastructure and delivery. Relevant staff and service providers need access to the information involved in their work.
Website delivery uses Lovable’s hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare services. The deployed hosting platform also supplies Flock usage measurement and Lovable event telemetry. These hosting technologies are separate from the optional Google Analytics integration; see the cookie policy.
Google Analytics is not currently enabled in this website configuration. Enquiry submission and telephone clicks are separate activities; a telephone-link click does not establish that a call connected.
Chat and enquiry messages
Optional chat, when available, is provided through HighLevel. Messages, contact details and any attachments or voice notes you choose to send are handled through that system to help respond to your enquiry. The chat can ask for your name and phone number. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your project. Our team and Keystone AI manage the enquiry system; contact us if you want to discuss how your conversation is handled.
International processing
HighLevel uses international infrastructure and publishes a data processing addendum describing its processing and transfer terms, including UK-specific provisions. Its subprocessor list describes supporting providers. Hosting and other service providers may also process information outside the UK. Contact us for information about the transfer arrangements applying to your enquiry and how to obtain details of the relevant safeguards.
How long information is kept
Unsuccessful enquiries are retained for 12 months. If your enquiry leads to work, project and customer records are handled separately from unsuccessful enquiries. Contact us to ask about the retention arrangements for a particular project or record.
The website’s privacy-choice record lasts 180 days unless you change or clear it sooner. External browser technologies are described in the cookie policy.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you can ask to access your personal information, correct it, erase it, restrict its use or receive information you supplied in a portable form. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for consent-based processing. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Some rights have conditions and exceptions.
Contact us using the details above, explain your request and identify the enquiry or record involved. We may need enough information to confirm your identity before releasing personal information.
Concerns and complaints
Please contact us if you have a concern about your information. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator. Details of general business complaints are on our company information page.
